One of the things we love about being at HUB116 is watching our neighborhood continue to evolve.
The Shops at North Bridge is set to undergo a $40 million renovation, with construction beginning this month.
For us, the bigger story is what projects like this say about River North.
New restaurants. New entertainment concepts. Office activity. Residential development. And now continued investment in one of the neighborhood's major retail destinations.
River North continues to give people more reasons to work here, live here and stick around after 5 PM.
