This Saturday,Ā āThe Dinosaur of Lake MichiganāĀ is coming toĀ A. Montgomery Ward ParkĀ right here in River North.
The outdoor performance follows an explorer on the hunt for the mysterious ādinosaurā of Lake Michigan ā which turns out to be one of the Great Lakesā most fascinating creatures:Ā the lake sturgeon.Ā šš¦
Created byĀ Kerfuffle and Rabbitfoot Puppetry, the show uses realistic animal puppets made from recyclable materials, live music and interactive storytelling to introduce little ones to the Great Lakes while exploring themes of conservation and caring for our environment. Itās designed especially for children agesĀ 3ā6 and their caregivers.

One of the things we love about being atĀ HUB116Ā is getting to share all the unexpected things happening around our River North neighborhood and we have to admit,Ā āgo searching for the dinosaur of Lake MichiganāĀ wasn't on our weekend bingo card. š
