This isn’t just a building we own — it’s where we work every day.

Our family runs HUB116 from the 8th floor, so we’re constantly on-site, actively managing every detail. From keeping the building spotless to making sure everything runs perfectly, we take a lot of pride in the experience here.
The biggest difference? When something needs attention, it gets handled immediately. We have our own maintenance team and construction crew — no waiting, no runaround.
That’s the advantage of having ownership in the building every day.
We still have a half floor and a full floor available — both offering private, secure spaces in one of River North’s coolest buildings.
